New York based artist Mark Perry’s abstract landscapes derived from explorations with paint. His background or history points in the direction of landscape and although call them abstract, he feel they are landscapes. Categorizing the work is a good place to start, finding some order in the chaos.

 

During his process he wear a few hats, the adult, the free wheeling creative soul and the one who questions. “Usually I am fortunate and all behave sometimes not. When there is strife I find the best solution is to continue till there is resolution” and not to leave the studio with negative energy is his principal rules.
