Josée Nadeau, originally from Montréal, is a graduate from Concordia University in fine arts. In recognition of her extraordinary talent, Gerald van der Kemp (curator of Versailles) invited her in 1998 to become the artist in residence in Claude Monet's exclusive gardens in Giverny.

There she will end up painting and creating timeless works for the next 10 years.
Known for her large canvas impressionist style with contemporary flair, she is comfortable painting different subjects from landscapes to portraits. Her works ( have instead of has) been collected by prominent art investors world wide, and are part of the collections of Clint Eastwood, Pierce Brosnan and several others Hollywood Elites.
